Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and arrive around 4 to 8 business days after they ship.

Processing time. We prepare and ship each order within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

Delivery time. Delivery usually takes around 4 to 8 business days after shipping. It can be a bit shorter or longer depending on your location and on business days. International orders can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Where we ship. We ship to the United States and worldwide.

Shipping cost. Free shipping is offered during the promotions shown in our store. If a shipping cost applies, it is shown at checkout before you pay.

Duties and taxes. We cover import duties and customs fees on international orders. You do not pay anything extra when your order arrives.

Tracking. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 1 to 2 days to update after you receive it.

Delays. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can slow delivery. If your order has not arrived 15 business days after you placed it, email us at gutierrezcapitalllc@gmail.com and we will look into it.

Wrong address. Please check your shipping address before you pay. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We cannot change an address after the order has shipped.

Cancelling an order. You can cancel an order before it ships by emailing us with your order number.
